Your projects, photos and documents stay in your own browser on your own device. We do not receive them and cannot see them.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Using the planner
Your projects, photos and documents are saved only in your own browser on your own device. We do not receive them and cannot see them. If you clear your browser's site data, they are deleted; download a backup to keep a copy.
Some features send a small amount of information to other services so they can work:

Like any website, these services and our host, GitHub Pages, receive your device's internet address when your browser connects to them.
Where the planner offers voice input, it is optional. When you use it, your browser sends the audio to its own speech service (Apple, Google or Microsoft, depending on your browser) to turn it into text. The audio leaves your device, and we do not receive or store it.
If you email us
If you email info@ev-site-planner.co.uk, we keep your email address and message in our email service, Google Workspace, so we can reply. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your customers' information
Installers often save their own customers' names, addresses and site photos in projects. That information stays on the installer's own device, and the installer decides what is collected and why. If you are an installer's customer and want to use your rights, please contact the installer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Your projects are on your own device, so you can download or delete them yourself at any time. Otherwise email info@ev-site-planner.co.uk and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Storage on your device
The planner saves your projects and settings in your browser, and keeps a copy of the site so it opens with no signal. These are needed for the service to work, so we do not ask for consent to them.
Changes
We will update this notice when the service changes and show the date at the top.
